apt key available on port 80 somewhere ?

Hello all,
While reading http://ffmpeg.arrozcru.org/wiki/index.p ... repository , i figured I needed to have the key 0x25E635F9 to get the APT package on the server.
Sadly, I am firewalled and cant connect to the http://www.keyserver.net HKP server because everything but 80 is blocked (and neither was working http://sks-keyservers.net/i/#extract )

As a workaround, I tried having "APT::Get::AllowUnauthenticated 1;" in /etc/apt/apt.conf, calling "apt-get update --allow-unauthenticated" but I still out of luck.

Someone to tell me if it is possible to get the key somewhere else than keyserver.net, or how to configure apt-get to get the packages ?

sorry I don't know much about keys =(
if anyone knows another keyserver or whatever to put it, just tell me. (if you figure it out...)

for follow up:
have not been able to get the key on port 80, had to get it from www.keyserver.net at home (keyserver.net redirect to another website on a (not80) port), get the key, and send it to myself at work.
